OpExWorks Solutions is a brain child of Pradip Burhade who spent 2 decades working in manufacturing and thought of
developing IT systems for enhancing competitiveness of manufacturing sector. Since 2013, OpExWorks solutions is driven
from concept to solutions by Pradip Burhade.
A mechanical engineer by profession has dedicated this life for manufacturing. After 12+ years of manufacturing shop floor
in MNC, then moved on to IT systems development / implementation consultancy for large industrial groups. During this period
felt the need of system based working in manufacturing companies which led to formation and development of OpExWorks to its current
Status.
Ashwini Daftardar
Head - Product Development
Ashwini is with OpExWorks since its inception and head product development. She has over 7 years experience in
IT systems development and leading from front for development of OpExWorks solutions from concepts to solutions.
A masters graduate in computer sciences from Fergusson College - Pune, Ashwini had a brief stint at a mid size IT company in Pune before joining
OpExWorks Solutions.
Snehal Burhade
Head - Business Development
Snehal started her career with OpExWorks after her MBA at London in Global Business and is with OpExWorks since its inception.
Snehal specializes in converting remotest opportunities in to business streams and sustained revenues. She manages
